Moving forward, let’s get to the formula’s caffeine content.

Caffeine Content

A single serving of this formula contains 200 mg of caffeine, which in my opinion is quite too high for my preference.

Normally, a caffeine content that takes half of the daily caffeine limit set by the FDA, which is around 400 mg, by the way, is a red flag for me, but since this formula is more competitive than I expected, I decided to see past through this concern.

caffeine
Celsius On-The-Go contains 200 mg of caffeine.

Caffeine is a natural stimulant that can instantly alter your physical and psychological state, given the fact this it has been proved to stimulate your nervous system, boost your body’s energy levels, and affect the local release of dopamine in your body.

However, do note that excessive consumption of caffeine may lead to anxiety disorders, heart complications, digestive issues, hypertension, and even seizures.

Sugar Content

This formula contains zero sugar, therefore, this energy drink is a sugar-free product.

However, do note that in some cases, a product may still be considered sugar-free even if it contains traces or small amounts of sugar in a product’s content for the particular reason that the FDA recognizes that any product with less than 0.5 grams of sugar per serving may be labeled as sugar-free.

Review of Celsius On-The-Go Flavors

I have personally tried some of the flavors of this energy drink and in all honesty, they all tasted average.

But take note that this is just my personal experience, your experience will be different.

Let’s start with the flavor Cranberry Lemon.

Celsius On-The-Go Cranberry Lemon

While some may consider this flavor as the brand’s best, I consider this as their worst flavor being offered in the market. Apart from having a weird aftertaste, the overall mix of this flavor was just so poor, again, in my opinion.

Overall, the highest score I can give this flavor is a weak 6/10.

Celsius On-The-Go Coconut

Never been a fan of anything that contains coconut, however, this flavor might’ve just changed the way I view coconuts. At first, I was already expecting to hate this flavor, but then, I was totally surprised that I enjoyed this flavor. It had a weird taste at first, but it’s definitely not bad.

All-in-all, I can give this formula a strong 7/10.

Celsius On-The-Go Berry

This flavor is probably the best this band has to offer, I’ve always been a fan of berries, and let me tell you, this flavor did not disappoint. The mix of this flavor was almost perfect, considering how well-balanced the sweetness of this flavor is with the other ingredients used in the formula.

Overall, this flavor deserves a strong 9/10.

You can buy Celsius On-The-Go online and in-stores.

You can buy Celsius On-The-Go online through their official website, which by the way, takes you directly to their Amazon page.

The experience was kind of weird because the brand could’ve provided its purchasing and delivery services instead of heavily relying on a different retail website. But then again, I applaud the cost-cutting and impeccable marketing strategy.
