GamerSupps GG Energy Review (Complete Information)

Gamersupps GG has been making its rounds in the energy drink industry. So much so that you might have heard of its name, or even seen reviews of the product itself popping up on the internet.

Although there’s a lot of talks, how much of this is reliable? And what’s the actual conclusion on Gamersupps GG?

Gamersupps GG is an energy drink that comes in a nootropic powder form, and its formulation is packed with vitamins, minerals, and other ingredients unique to the brand that’s sure to give your body a good boost. But in my books, Gamersupps GG is a 7 out of 10 at best.

If you want the deep dive review to know why my rating is what it is, keep reading ‘cos I’ll definitely deliver.

Nutrition Facts GamerSupps

One of the most important bits of this review is a careful eye on the main ingredients of the drink. Let’s look at what it offers.

Information on the back of a GG GamerSupps packet.

Calories

GG has 0 calories. You read that right!

GG contains no calories at all. Calories are simply the unit of measure used for energy and although energy is a good addition for energy drinks, calories are often present in a lot of the food you might already be consuming.

With that, additional caloric content in GG might cause you to overconsume, which can lead to obesity. That being said, GG is a good option for a low-calorie diet, or if you’re looking to cut back on some caloric intake.

Carbohydrates

GG has 0 carbohydrates.

Yet again, GG gives you the freedom to load on carbohydrates and garner its energy benefits from other sources you might already love.

Known sources of carbohydrates are pasta, pizza, bananas, and oats. Similar to calories, despite providing energy to the body, a lot of carbohydrates can lead to health risks such as high cholesterol, weight gain, and even diabetes.

Sugar

GG has 0 sugar. That’s right, GG just keeps on giving with their benefits.

Although sugar in itself isn’t harmful, it is often abused in the amounts it’s added to food and beverages. This can lead to overconsumption and health risks such as diabetes.

The exclusion of sugar lessens the risks and the possibility of experiencing a sugar crash.

So what makes GG sweet then? Well, they make use of artificial sweeteners.

Artificial Sweeteners in Gamersupps GG

GG makes use of Erythritol, along with Sucralose and Acesulfame K.

These are low-calorie chemical compounds added in place of typical sucrose, or what you may know to be table sugar. To make things better, it contains about 70% of the sweetness as table sugar. So rest assured you’re sweet tooth won’t be compromised with its addition.

If you’re worried about the compounds, let me tell you that this is produced wide-scale through natural processes. The compound Erythrytol specifically comes to life through yeast fermentation. This is an all-natural process, therefore, you’re safe.

To add, these artificial sweeteners are approved by the FDA to be safe for human consumption.

Caffeine in Gamersupps GG

It’s finally time for the star ingredient of most energy drinks. Let’s check it out.

Coffee is a known source of caffeine.

GG has a caffeine content of 100 mg.

In the energy drink industry, this isn’t a lot. If anything, it’s a little below the average. But this is close to the average caffeine content of a regular cup of coffee which is about 95 mg.

This caffeine content can function similarly. It can give you a good amount of boost especially if your caffeine tolerance isn’t the best.

However, if you’re a coffee enthusiast, you might be more accustomed to higher caffeine content. You could do with 2 scoops or two servings of GamerSupps GG. Each pot comes with a scoop that holds exactly 1.6 g of powder.

According to the FDA, a healthy adult can consume up to 400 mg of caffeine daily. Although I do not encourage that you push your limits on caffeine content as a caffeine overdose can happen and lead to a lot of health risks.

  • dizziness
  • diarrhea
  • insomnia
  • headache
  • increased heart rate
  • fever

With that, manage how your body reacts to the caffeine and adjust accordingly. Consume caffeine moderately to maximize its benefits.

Review of Flavors

There are a few flavors from GG that I was able to try and I’ll let you know how that went for me.

Pineapple Cocktail

I’d give this a 4 out of 5 solely due to its pineapple flavor. It’s a good amount of sweetness without overpowering the pineapple taste. I pulled out the remaining point because it took a lot longer to dissolve than the other flavors.

Citrus Lemonade

This is a 2 out of 5 in my books. I’m not personally a big fan of anything citrus, and it’s essentially two citruses in one so I did not enjoy this at all.

Mango Meta

This had a good start but overall is a 3 out of 5. I really enjoyed the first few sips but the taste seemed to change the more I drank. There’s also a lot of leftover powder on the bottom.

This is of course just based on my preferences. A lot of the flavors in Gamersupps GG are fruit-focused and those are always usually pretty good if it sticks to its designated flavor.

Gamersupps GG Flavors

Gamersupps GG has a good selection of flavors, a total of 13, with some interesting names to them. Take a look:

  • Guacamole Gamer Fart
  • Pineapple Cocktail
  • Waifu Candy
  • Misfits Melon
  • Mango Meta
  • Citrus Lemonade
  • Blue Razz
  • Dragon Fruit Punch
  • Acai Blueberry
  • Sour Apple
  • Watermelon Ice
  • Strawberry Burst
  • Lemon Limeade

It’s important to note that some of these are available in lesser servings than others. It’s best to check out their website.

Where to buy Gamersupps GG?

Gamersupps is available for online purchase on their website. You can also purchase through other sites like Amazon, eBay, Gamerbulk, and Walmart.

There isn’t news yet if Gamersupps GG is available in stores but it’s a good thing that it’s widely available on a lot of sites.

How much is Gamersupps GG?

The price is a great deal-breaker in products so let’s do a little comparison of prices. Check out the table below:

BrandServingPrice
Gamersupps GG100$35.99
X-Gamer60$35.00
G-Fuel40$35.99
Price comparison of Gamersupps GG

It’s clear on the table that amongst the three, Gamersupps GG offers a lot more servings for the same price. That’s a steal!

A 100 servings is a lot, and the fact you can get it for the same quality and amount is definitely a big win.

How do you drink Gamersupps GG?

It’s simple to prepare Gamersupps GG. Follow these steps:

  1. Grab your bottle or shaker of choice.
  2. Fill your container with about 6-0 oz of water.
  3. Add to it a scoop (1.6g) of the powder
  4. Shake/stir until all the powder is completely dissolved.
  5. Enjoy!

You can add ice if you wish to but other than that, you can start drinking GG in the work of a few minutes. Your scoop amount can go up to two servings depending on how much caffeine you want.

Review on Order Experience

I ordered the Gamersupps GG Starter Kit and let me tell you, it started as a pleasant experience.

Ordering through the website was fairly easy as its interface was user-friendly. I managed to maneuver my way around with ease.

Despite the low price on their tub, their starter kit which consists of merely three sachets went up to about $28.48 because of how expensive the shipping was. That’s a whopping $9.50 per sachet.

Screenshot of my order summary

If this isn’t a problem for you, great, but this makes trying the drink a big commitment and makes you wish you went for the tub on the first go.

Besides that, the caffeine content isn’t stated on the sachet itself which is a downer on transparency. This is information I should’ve been provided with and I’m hoping they fix this in the future.

With that and the fact that I didn’t enjoy their flavors much, I’m finding it hard to fully endorse the drink. However, if you’ve found one flavor you really like, grabbing a tub with 100 servings of it for a comparably cheaper price is still a good option.

Is Gamersupps GG good for you?

Yes! Gamersupps GG can be good for you.

It contains a variety of vitamins, minerals, and nootropics that aid the body in a lot of its functions.

It’s also calorie-free, carbohydrate-free, and sugar-free! Its caffeine content is enough for a boost but not close enough to the daily limit that’ll drive you to an overdose.

Conclusion

Gamersupps GG is an overall good drink in its formulation and now you know why it’s a 7 out of 10.

It’s free of a lot of ingredients like calories, carbs, and sugar which are always at risk for overconsumption. Its caffeine content makes it so that you can have a couple of servings a day and still be within the daily intake.

The only downside to the product is the lack of information on sachets, and how the price is greatly altered by shipping fees. With that, I think a physical store would do the brand well.
