Nutritional facts of Nau Energy

These can look intimidating and confusing if you’re not well-versed in what these ingredients mean so read on for their details and benefits.

Caffeine Content in Nau energy Drink

Nau energy drink is caffeine-free.

Focus while gaming, studying, and working are some of the reasons to use this brand! Exactly why? This is not an energy drink in the traditional sense, at least not in the sense that most people associate it with.

You won’t feel like you have to run a marathon after consuming it because it doesn’t contain either caffeine or taurine. Caffeine makes you active but living on it has a lot of negative effects as well, including:

  • Anxiety
  • Sleeplessness
  • Irritability
  • Indigestion
  • Tremors
  • High Blood Pressure

By using natural ingredients, Nau Energy Drink fulfills caffeine’s role better than most other energy drinks. Just as caffeine does, these ingredients keep you active and focused without harming your body.

Sugar Content In Nau Energy Drink

There is no sugar in Nau energy drink.

Since sugar is unhealthy, removing it is a good idea. Sugary energy drinks do not provide much health benefit, especially if used every day

A short-term overdose of sugar can lead to acne, weight gain, and exhaustion. The obesity epidemic has resulted in chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

According to the guidelines set forth by the DGA, people should limit their daily sugar intake to less than 10% of their total calories. Additions of sugar should not exceed 200 calories for 2,000 calories daily.

Overconsumption of causes following side effects:

  • It can lead to weight gain
  • May increase your risk of heart disease
  • Acne has been associated with it
  • Type 2 diabetes is more likely to occur
  • Cancer risk may increase
  • You are more likely to experience depression
  • Skin aging may be accelerated
  • Cellular aging can be increased

Without sugar, your risk of these is greatly reduced. Not to mention that any other food you consume already contains sugar, it’ll be good to not add to them with an energy drink.

Nicotinamide

Nau energy drink contains Nicotinamide, an ingredient also known as vitamin B3, which can be obtained in a water-soluble form as nicotinamide.

Drinks containing niacin provide the body with vitamins. Skin conditions can be treated with niacin supplements containing Nicotinamide. Conditions like Bullous (blistering) diseases can be treated with nicotinamide, which has anti-inflammatory properties.

The anti-inflammatory properties and the ability to reduce sebum may make it beneficial for acne. In addition, it helps with converting food into energy so if you’re worried about the boost, Niacin has got your back.

Sucralose

Nau energy drink contains sucralose instead of sugar. Splenda, marketed under the brand name Sucralose, is often seen on supermarket shelves. Sucralose has 600 times more sugar-like sweetness and almost no calories. Your mouth will not taste sweet after eating it.

It is the only sweetener made from sugar that is non-nutritive. It is a great low-calorie replacement for sugar and is approved by the world’s leading food and beverage regulatory authorities.

Sugar can be unhealthy

Adding too much sugar to your diet can harm both your metabolism and your overall health. Sucralose is one such artificial sweetener people use because of this.

Sucralose has been linked to health problems in some studies, however, despite being deemed safe by authorities so it’s best to still be cautious of your consumption.

L-Theanine

Nau Energy Drink contains the amino acid L-Theanine which is present in most of the food that you’re likely already consuming.

The amino acid may aid the cognitive process. In addition to treating anxiety and mental impairment, it is also used to treat stress and other conditions.

Certain chemicals in the brain may be affected by L-theanine. Stress is dealt with by these chemicals, which increase serotonin and dopamine levels in the body, as well as by serotonin.

People with good memory and quick reactions may benefit from L-theanine. They may become more alert and their number skills may improve as a result of caffeine. Because caffeine stimulates the central nervous system, it can keep people alert and awake.

Once again, a good alternative to providing you a boost even without the inclusion of caffeine in the actual formula.

Maltodextrin

Nau Energy Drink contains maltodextrin. In contrast to its white powder appearance, maltodextrin is relatively tasteless and water-soluble. It is not nutritionally beneficial but it can provide energy rapidly.

Many sports drinks are now laced with maltodextrin because it has an even higher GI than table sugar. People’s blood sugar levels spike as a result of maltodextrin shortly after they drink drinks containing it so if you’re diabetic, it’s best to consult a medical professional about this.

Maltodextrin has a high GI, which means if you consume large amounts you may experience spikes in blood sugar levels. Therefore, if you have diabetes or insulin resistance you may want to limit or avoid it.

In particular, those with inflammatory bowel disease may be at risk due to maltodextrin sensitivities. Bloating, cramping, and diarrhea may be signs of intolerance to maltodextrin. If you’re worried, it’s best to bring it up with your doctor.

Lemon Balm Extract

Nau Energy Drink contains Lemon Balm Extract which is an herb that belongs to the mint family and is called lemon balm (Melissa officinalis). They are used to flavor drinks and make medicine because the leaves have a mild lemon scent.

There is something sedative and soothing about lemon balm. Some viruses and bacteria may also be inhibited by this herb.

Adults who are under mental stress can benefit from taking lemon balm because it increases their alertness, memory, and calmness. The herb may also reduce stress when taken in conjunction with other ingredients.

Lemon Balm is added to the list of what gives you a boost despite the lack of energy. Watch here for more information:

Flavors of Nau Energy Drink

Nau Energy Drink comes in four different flavors.

  • Green Apple

Four is admittedly a limit selection so I’m hoping Nau steps up their game so they can compare with the big names in the industry.

I personally prefer the flavor of lemon balm. For me, it has an extremely distinctive flavor. The flavor is definitely more herbaceous than the rest of the gamer drinks I’ve tried so far.

The taste is hard to describe. Lemon is not a characteristic taste, though. Still, I find this to be quite tasty. It is not sweet at all, unlike other gaming beverages.

It does not contain too much sugar and is refreshing. It will taste even better if you add a little bit more sugar to your shake if you are a sweet tooth.

The Green Apple flavor did not appeal to me personally. I am not a fan of that flavoring. It tastes almost like some minty cough syrup, but with a slight hint of sour apples. I found it strange.

Depending on your taste and preference, you can choose from a variety of other flavor options as well.

Personally, I have found Nau Drinks to be the best drink to have while gaming! They have amazing flavors and amazing unique tastes, and all of them are really good and refreshing.
